Markets Soar On Global Central Bank Intervention

Investors worldwide celebrate intervention from global central banks including the European Central Bank, U.S. Federal Reserve and the Bank of Canada.  Stock markets rallied for a third-straight day with gains of 3 to 5%.  Will this rally last though?  Derek Holt of Scotiabank warns a lot still needs to happen – but this is a great start.
